This thing works great! I can put lotion, medicine, anything I want into my back in places I couldn’t reach before. Love it, very easy to clean and even has a back scratcher on it. Excellent product! Nice and strong, lightweight, bends for easy storage and has multiple heads.

Have used a different design, in the past, that had removable foam pads. Pads were washable and lasted for a long time. However, the manufacture no longer offers replacement pads. This new design, with soft plastic pad is a fairly good replacement. The handle is easier to hold on to, and the pads are easily removed for washing. It applies lotion to my back well and I suspect I’m using less lotion because the pad is non-absorbent. I’m happy with my purchase.

Finally … A Lotion Application That Works Despite Suffering From PAIN!
I’ve been very limber most of my life. However, I now suffer from pain (arthritis, fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, etc!) and have great difficulty applying lotion to my back … especially in the very center of my back. This is the *only * lotion applicator I’ve found where I can reach any part of my back and apply the right amount of movement and pressure to get the lotion absorbed.If you take a look at the pictures provided for other applicators you will see a girl holding the applicator where the pad reaches the middle of her back. If you look closely at her ‘relaxed’ hand you will see that even she wouldn’t be able to successfully apply lotion … she is just posing for the camera. These applicators are usually about 17 inches long. Well … I have a news flash … Even with my pain I can assume the same position. The problem is that with these types of applicators it is impossible to correctly apply the lotion to the middle of the back … and I’m 5’8″ tall! It is an incredibly uncomfortable position to try and apply lotion with one of those. They are fine for applying lotion to the arms and legs, but NOT to the upper and middle part of the back.I haven’t had any problems using this applicator. Here are my pros/cons:PROS:1) The thing that makes this product successful in reaching the back is:———————————————————————————- It is longer than your standard applicator — 19 inches,— You can adjust the angle of the applicator,— The applicator is flexible … which helps with application and disbursement of the lotion,— Interchangeable pads,— The flippable head was a great idea so the arm doesn’t have to be adjusted.2) The rubber pads are much preferable to the spongy pads that need to be washed and eventually replaced. Also, by the time you’ve finished applying lotion the rubber pads can be simply wiped clean with a paper towel … with a little soap/water if needed depending on you lotion.3) NOT MADE IN CHINA! … Still wish it was made in the USA … but I can accept South Korea.CONS: The only thing that doesn’t do me much good is the tiny neck and back massager. It is so tiny it doesn’t really do it for me. The nodules/bristles are short. Personally, I have a percussion massager for this!I’ve not used this in the shower yet, but due to some scrapes I’ve received this past year due to two falls I think the textured pad would come in handy in cleaning minor wounds. The bristles are soft and don’t feel like they would irritate the skin at all.Personally, I do not understand the negative reviews. This product works well. Yes, it is plastic, but if you take care of things it should last for many years. I’ve wasted too much money on different lotion applicators that don’t work. I hope this review will save someone some of the money I’ve lost.I purchased this product without any enticements from the company.

Great for Back tattoos
I bought this product because I recently just got a back tattoo and I need to put on the after ink lotion to keep it hydrated while it peels. The durability is great. The size and length is perfect for me for in the shower and out the shower. The flatness for the lotion is just what I needed for my back tattoo. And the scrub is gentle enough to not over kill on the shedding process. It easy to switch from the scrubber and the flattop for the lotion. I would recommend if you don’t have anyone to help you with your back tattoo.

I used this as I have some eczema on my back which is hard to reach and it works very well. The handle can be extended to full length for the furthest parts or used folded for easier parts, but feels sturdy either way. The pads are good as they are solid and do not absorb the cream like others applicators I’ve tried, so you get most of the cream on you and good coverage. Bought a second one just for the bathroom so back can be exfoliated and not have to keep changed heads. Dad is 82 and got him one and he finds it good even though he’s not as agile as he used to be.

I’ve tried various products over the years and this is the best by far. Very well made and clearly very robust. The back brush is lovely but the lotion pad is the star of the show simply superb.

I bought another one immediately after the first one as I have 2 dwellings at 2 places. Served my purpose. But it would be best if the design can be changed or improved so that it would be easier to hang it to drip dry. The present design makes it difficult to hang even with the use of additional hooks. It’s a good buy at the reduced price.
