Customers say
Customers are unhappy with the skin cleaning brush’s sturdiness and value for money. They mention that the handle keeps coming apart, the latch location is awkward, and the handle splits or breaks after a few weeks of use. Opinions vary on functionality, soft bristles, vibration, ease of cleaning, charging ability, and handle length.

Easy to Operate and Relaxing to Use
This face & body brush works great. It vibrates and pulses. There are four settings, a high and low vibration, or a high and low pulsing vibe. I think the low vibration is my favorite. The brush area is quite large (3.75 x 5 inches). From the bottom area near the handle, the bristles start out thick (and stiffer) and then (I think) gradually become thinner in reaching the other end of the brush near the charging port. And so youâll get a harder scrub near the handle and a softer feel at the top.The lather is pretty good, but I guess that depends on what kind of soap you use. I usually use a liquid body and face wash. Speaking of that, the brush is especially good washing the face. And if you have shorter hair, you can also give yourself a head massage while washing your hair with shampoo. The brush has a nice little cover for the charging port that keeps water out, and the unit is listed as “water resistant” and “shower friendly”. I don’t see any warnings or a mention of what could happen if you submerse the unit under water for any length of time. However, some caution would probably be wise if using this in a bath. Iâve been using this for my shower every day for a few weeks now, and it keeps going!

An amazing brush…but…
After watching a Facebook ad about this brush, I went ahead and purchased one to see how clean it would get me and I was not disappointed. It’s been a over a month since I bought this and the soft bristles and vibration make showering a lot more pleasurable experience. No more scratches on my skin from scrubbing too hard. You don’t even have to apply pressure, just go in gentle circles and let the brush do the work… It kicks up an impressive lather, and it’s gentle on the face. However, there are some odd issues I’ve found with the brush while in use, such as the brush doesn’t feel solid when it’s extended, offering very rickety handling. I was showering this morning with the brush and it came loose from its housing and setting it back helped. And also I wish there was a solid stop inside of the handle so it doesn’t go past it’s stopping point. For now, I’m going to 3d print a collar and put it around the neck of the handle to keep it from splitting and add more stability to the brush. Other than that, I love this product and believe it or not, I’ve only charged this brush ONCE since I bought it

Great Concept – Poor Execution
This thing was not what I expected at all. I do like the idea of the device, but several issues make it very impractical.First, the design of the scrubber itself. It feels very cheap – like a big hunk of unwieldy plastic. It has no contours, no flexibility; and with the silicon bristles being so short and soft, it feels like a hunk of plastic is exactly what you are “scrubbing” with. It’s as if the bristles aren’t even there. Also, the raised part on the back that you are supposed to slide between your fingers is placed very counterintuitively in the exact center of the scrubber, forcing you to hold it in a sort of Star Trek “Peace Be With You” grip. This would be okay I suppose, but it is so wide and awkwardly placed that it feels both uncomfortable and insecure – like it’s going to slip out from between your fingers the entire time you are trying to use it.As for the “sonic” aspect of the scrubber – it is utterly useless. The only place you feel the vibrations is in your hand, no matter the setting. This is especially problematic since you already must be holding the device in a death grip to keep from dropping it, as I mentioned above. That reminds me, you DO NOT want to drop this thing on your foot – a fact that makes it’s lack of ergonomics even more troubling.Anyway, there is no “massage” or “pulse” feeling transferred to your body from the device. It just feels like trying to wash while your hand is numb – that’s the best way I can describe it. It’s very weird and ineffective.Lastly, the handle. It seems okay at first. Until you try to use it for your back. Then it becomes apparent that it, too, is poorly designed. It has no curve to it at all, so trying to reach over your shoulder to get to your upper back takes some flexibility. It works okay I suppose if you go from the bottom up, but it still proves difficult due to the less-than-ergonomic design. Besides all of that, the biggest issue with the handle is that it feels, like the rest of the device, so cheaply made. It feels as though it is going to break at any moment – especially with it fully extended. This is especially worrisome since the silicon bristles are so short and soft so it feels as though you need to push down hard to even feel that you are getting anything accomplished. All in all, I regret buying this device, and I am disappointed in myself for buying into the hype surrounding it. Do yourself a favor – save your money. Buy a loufa or shower ball thing – hell, just use your hands. Anything would be more effective (and way cheaper) than this thing.

I think it’s disappointed my first impression
I was expecting for a good massage vibe for my entire body, but only to realize the performance of massaging rhythmic power is lost in to the silicone bristles. But it did alright for my deep scalp scrubbing (barely) in a way that it penetrates through my hair better than my fingers, I have long hair. Neck massage is alright. Did alright as facial scrubbingPros:USB-C with silicon protective cover from waterDetachable extendable telescopic armScalp / facial / private area / under toe areaLarge brush headEasy to rinse clean , seems hair and scalp friendly, facial friendlyCons:Bit weak performer due to the silicone bristles absorption of the massaging rhythmBody massage is disappointedPulsating mode no benefit at all (for me)Weak scrubbing/cleansing for bodySummary:I will just keep it for facial & scalp, if you want body massage get a better hand held shower head.

After one use and plenty of charging, it only worked once and hasnât worked since, now itâs a normal face and body scrubber

I loved the first one so much and bought another one for the cottage. Although it still works well enough; HOWEVER, the brush head has a missing row of soft bristles. Itâs clearly a quality control issue.
