Omg where oh where has this flat iron been all my life ?!? I am a beauty junkie and have used so many brands before I found this one . I will never use another flat iron again !!! If your hesitant because of the price don’t be it’s worth every single cent . It has such a wide range of heat temps for all different hair types . My hair looks so good when I use this flat iron like I just walked out of a salon ! My hair used to get caught in the plates of my chi and get pulled out that doesn’t happen with this one !! For the price I think that the plates shouldâve been longer and it does snag the hair if your hair is the dry type. I do like the customizable heat settings. Heats up fast. Pretty color

Pulls
This is a cosmetically pretty flat iron but it pulls my hair. You can see the hair it pulls out and hear it raking through your hair. I think itâs due to the infrared strip. I thought it was 2 solid plates but one of the plates is split down middle where infrared is. So the edges of those 2 plates pull and tug on your hair. It is also heavy. Iâm used to my Hot Tools which was very light. I should have just bought another one but I was excited about this NU.ME which was a disappointment
