Chemical Burns
This product gave me chemical burns. I have PCOS and was desperate to try something out for my face. I had the product on my face less than 5 minutes when it started to burn!0/10 to recommend.

Doesn’t remove hair for me
I’ve used this three times, each for ten minutes, and it removed no hair. It made my facial hair weaker, but it was still there. I really wanted this to work. I do like the application and soothing serum. Smells just like other hair remover products.

Been using Avon for years. This really worked well and was gentle on my sensitive skin.

Does what itâs suppose to do
I needed to leave it on for the full 10 minutes. There was minor irritation afterwards, but the balm that is included mostly alleviated it. If the product is spread too thinly, itâs not as effective, and itâs a bit difficult to spread it smoothly.

Packaging is pleasant but could be much better
The product itself is alright – it does the job and the scent is pleasant. The applicator – the angled smooth plastic tip like a lip gloss applicator – just does not help you in the process. For as much product as you need for it to be effective, you’re better off squeezing it into a pea-sized dollop on your finger and then spreading it thickly on your skin. The set is good for getting you more product for less and adds the bonus of the calming cream, if you need it.

Perfect for sensitive skin!
This product works so well and does not irritate my very sensitive skin!Some reviews said you donât get the calming serum, but the cream and serum are packaged in the same box (see pic).It does smell kinda bad while itâs on, but it doesnât make my skin smell bad once the cream is removed. I can handle a bad smell for something that works so well!10/10 recommend.
