Our household’s favorite body wash
Oars and Alps is a favorite brand in our house and this body wash in particular is a staple. This scent appeals to everyone (male, female) – it’s fresh and clean. After a shower your skin feels soft, not at all tight or dry like many body washes we’ve used. I love that this brand leaves out all the chemicals. It has a nice consistency and a little goes a long way!

This brand is USA made and works amazing. It leaves me actually feeling clean and does not have an overly powerful scent or gloss like other body washes. I am going to continue ordering from them in the future. I am on my third bottle. while using with a loofa and showing every day the bottle usually lasts me about a month and a half to two months.

Made me break out like crazy, but seemed to be high-quality
I really REALLY wanted to like this body wash, it smelled great, felt good on my skin while washing, and lathered good. The first day or two, I noticed some small red spots on my neck and chest, thought nothing of it and moved on. Two days later, continuing use, my entire chest, neck, and stomach were covered in little tiny bright red pimples, and I’ve never been one to have acne/pimples in those areas. I got suspicious, and stopped using it and switched back to my old body wash, and immediately the acne died down and disappeared. I really liked this otherwise, which is why it doesn’t feel fair to give it 1 star… But it just doesn’t agree with my skin and I can’t use it.

A Must Have!
Let me preface this review by saying that this is better as a body wash and not a face wash. As a body wash, I love everything about it. It lathers very well, even with little amount. I use a silicone bristle scrubber and put about a quarter size blob. A few scrubs in and you’ll see the product lather very well. I absolutely love that it washes off very easily, leaving you feeling squeaky clean. This isn’t like other products that leave you feeling somewhat oily and you can’t seem to rinse it off. There is definitely a scent to it, but it’s not overpowering nor does it linger after you towel off. It’s very subtle and I like that. I tested it on my face but I quickly realized that it’s not a face wash, despite what the label says. As a face wash, it does not remove excess oils from your face or the back of your neck and ears. It is good as a first level of cleaning and then follow up with a real face wash of your choice. I would definitely recommend this product. I’ve tried a lot of the popular body wash brands out there and this one is by far the best one yet.
