Great Value
Iâve had other brands of water Flossers and this GuruNanda is one of the best. Pressure isnât the strongest, but it gets the job done. It has a large water tank that lasts through a whole use. It has a usb C charger which is great so I donât have to worry about losing a proprietary charger. Just great value. Canât beat this price and features. Buy it. This is a review Iâm doing out of my own satisfaction. Not paid. Just that good.

I use it everyday. The battery life is good and the durability. Itâs very easy to function and it cleans between my gums really good. Itâs easy to take it with you wherever you go if you want. Has 3 different levels of pressure which is good for someone with sensitive gums

Best Water Flosser
I love the UV cleaning feature on this flosser. Many flossers Iâve owned before in the past are hard to clean and prevent bacteria build up in due to their design. Itâs easy to remove the tank to drain water and clean it. I like that you can also customize the water pressure to your liking so you donât hurt your gums. I think itâs a good value as more expensive flossers donât even have a cleaning setting or anything

Customer service TERRIBLE – mine came with only one tip, and they won’t send one to me!
At least it came with one tip, so it works, there’s that. I went through several emails / attempts / hours to get the 2nd tip that is promised (but was not included in my package). I was told they didn’t have spares so I need to do a full return through Amazon to get the 2nd tip. What a terrible outcome to an easy solution, which is send the customer the missing part, it is tiny & shouldn’t be a hassle. Whatever. It’s a decent enough water pik, underpowered, that may or may not come with the tips. Their customer service is abysmal, and fingers crossed you don’t have an issue like I did. Cuz they are not servicing customers there. This buying experience, ironically, left a bad taste in my mouth.
