Good for price point
Been using the Revlon one step for about 4 years. and it was time for an upgrade after two years of using my current one.Pros: price point for the amount of attachments that come with it. What I like about the big barrel is the that the extra bristles are only on the sides and not all around which lead to less damage and breakage on the hair. You will still get the necessary grip. Hair is smooth and feels silky. I did like the small curling barrel. It added more dimension to my hair. Did not take long to use since I used it towards the end of my hair. Overall my hair felt good and it did its jobs.Cons: it took longer to dry my hair than usual. The barrel is smaller and the wattage is less then what I am used too. It took longer for it to heat up.Overall, I did like the results but did not like that it took longer for me to do my hair. As you can see my hair is very long. With the revlon it would take me no longer than 25 minutes to dry my hair. This one took me almost 40 minutes. Right now Iâm considering returning it just because of that reason.

Wow! This product is absolutely a waste of money. Before purchasing this product, I had trialled the Hot tools version for half the cost and it worked 100% better. This particular product has weak airflow, gets too hot, and takes too long to dry your hair. The attachments also feel flimsy at best. The blowout brush doesn’t have a great spot for you to hold with your other hand as you’re blow drying your hair.After requesting a refund I put the product back into the box and flipped over the bag it arrived in. To my surprise, another Amazon customer’s name and full address were on the box. In addition, there was a sticker stating FC RET. I assume that can only mean that another customer returned this product and it was sent to me. This is incredibly unprofessional and does not protect the privacy of Amazon clients. In addition, it tells me that this product was likely used and returned by someone else, making this a refurbished product and not as listed in the description. I am absolutely appalled by Amazon and this product. It will absolutely make me second guess any purchase I make through their website.

Blowing drying within just 15 mins
I was going to the salon to get blow dry as I always thought only salon professional know how to blow dry. I wished to do it on my own and got this product to do it at home. Believe me this product is so easy to use it does both the works of drying your hair and also styling it as you blow dry because of its 2-in-1 action. You do not need to use a separate hair dryer if you have this just one tool it is enough to blow dry and style as you want.

I ordered a new hot air brush model CT-536. When I opened the package and took out the items, the hair brush had a large amount of hair wrapped around it. The attached pictures show this. This is not acceptable. I had to remove the hair and wash it.
