MINERAL SPF 30 TINTED SUNCREEN FACE LOTION. Some of us like to go au naturel. Our tinted, zinc-based Mineral sunscreen face lotion glides on like butter and acts as a primer, leaving a matte finish with Broad Spectrum SPF 30 protection.
CHEMICAL FREE SUNSCREEN. Our zinc-based Mineral collection was created for your lounging and earth loving pleasure. Lightweight and silky, this Sun Bum collection is sure to leave your skin feeling clean, natural and protected!
HOW TO USE. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating and every 2 hours. Sonny’s Tip: A white tint is normal, as this rad screen sits on top of your skin as opposed to absorbing into your skin!
PROTECT YOUR SKIN. The key to safe sun is to protect and moisturize your skin. Our Mineral Sunscreen line is enriched with Zinc Oxide, and is Gluten and Cruelty and Free to ensure a fun, clean day in the sun.

    Great tinted sunscreen
This is a great tinted sunscreen for hot, humid areas. It goes on so thinly that I was worried it wouln’t work, but it seems to work well. It’s not too matt for my normal to dry skin, but I do use a moisturizer first. The color works fine on me. I’m fair to mid fair. I use it instead of foundation, BB cream or CC cream.

    Excellent sunscreen, my favorite
In search for a perfect tinted sunscreen I have tried just about every brand of tinted mineral sunscreen that’s available here on Amazon, so you might recognize me from other reviews. I have a sensitive skin and can’t tolerate chemical sunscreen. I also have red and bumpy skin on my cheeks due to rosacea, so I need a tint to cover redness. I’m really glad I finally decided to give Sunbum tinted sunscreen a try because it quickly became one of my favorites. My other favorite is MD Solar Science BB cream in shade Light. These two are quite similar, both are very silicone like, due to a great amount of dimethicone. They feel like primers and because of that are very sticky and hard to wash off your fingers. But both look very natural and skin like. MD Solar Science (light shade) is slightly darker while Sunbum is pretty pale but not in an unhealthy way. My skin is a bit darker than Sunbum shade right now. Yet it covers my rosacea and evens out my skin tone just enough. It’s not drying but also not shiny, and because of that it doesn’t magnify wrinkles, which is a big plus: I’m tired of tinted sunscreens highlighting the wrinkles I have that are not even noticeable without them.Sunbum is slightly lighter and provides a bit less coverage than MD Solar. It also doesn’t have much zinc, which was a point of criticism from popular bloggers. Because of that it might not be perfect for everyday wear. But if you want to have the most natural “no make up” look and you’re light skinned, this is a great choice on the days when you’re not expecting to be under too much sun. I use retinol on my forehead at night and I didn’t get sunburnt when using this sunscreen. So the only concern here would be the gradually accumulated damage from the long UV-A rays.Another thing I like is that unlike MD Solar, Sunbum doesn’t contain vitamin C and therefore doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It’s also less expensive. I will keep repurchasing.Note: in the unfiltered photo attached here, you can see the sunscreen after a 5 hour wear, that included eating, touching my face etc, so it’s a bit worn off and the redness on my cheeks is more visible. Even when freshly applied it didn’t cover redness completely because of being light coverage sunscreen.

I mix it with my foundation and its gluten free
I’m a light neutral pink skintone. It matches my skintone just fine. It looks dark, but it isnt.Im getting older and my il makiage matte foundation looks soooooooo bad on me all of a sudden. I had to start mixing it with this tinted sunscreen and now it glides on dewey and velvety.Yes, the sunscreen has light coverage by itself, but i need something more than that to even out my skin tone. Its not enough for me. So, i mix with a tiny pump of foundation and its beautiful. At first it feels like it’s just sitting on the top of your skin and will just smear right off, but just give it a second. Dont vigorously rub it in, just let it settle on it’s own and it’ll look great.I have a hard time washing it off. Idk if it’s the zinc or just the combination of the two products, but you might find you need makeup remover or micellar water or oil cleanser. I dont have any of those things, so its a bit annoying. I started using vanicream petroleum lotion as a facewash to get it off, but soap, gylcerin, and exfoliant dont work. All in all, this stuff is fantastic. I switched to this because it’s gluten free so i dont have to worry about getting gluten on my hands or in my mouth (no, gluten wont absorb through your skin. but it can get in your mouth and on your hands and thus on your food as well. It’s best to choose gluten free products when it comes to sunscreen, lotion, foundation and lip balm/lipstick)

    Love!
I wasn’t entirely sure about this product, but I was pleasantly surprised! It went on SO smooth! It doesn’t give much tint, but it wasn’t clear either. I now wear it under my makeup. I highly recommend.

I bought this product recently and only after few days of use , I could see the liquid part of the sunscreen is separated from the solid part. And on applying it on face it makes ur face so dry. Expensive, so I was expecting it a good experience, but it I ‘m disappointed.

Great if you’re going for the ‘No make-up’ makeup look. Offers decent coverage. Skin looks…polished.
