Love this – helps cover grays…
I love this hair color treatment. It covers my grays pretty good and leaves my hair so soft. I highly recommend. I do have to use it about every 5 weeks to keep my grays covered. Instructions are great.

    Wife’s go to hair color.
My wife uses it exclusively. She likes the color and how long it last without fading.

The only hair color I’ve used in a decade.

    Strawberry/golden blonde
My natural hair color is a dark ash blonde/very light brown (the color of my eyebrows). I was using this nonstop when I wanted my hair to be strawberry/golden blonde, and it worked perfectly. Now that I want it to be more neutral or cool toned I’ll have to find something else. Doesn’t look like the box color, so only if you want warmer tones I’d recommend this. It does leave my hair smooth and soft after being bleached and dyed several times, so I’ll give them credit. Oh, and the warmer tones are very natural looking.

    Not the Same as Before…
I’ve been loyal to this hair color for years, using it every 3-4 weeks to keep my grays at bay. But, over the past couple of months, I’ve noticed a significant decline in performance.Grey coverage used to be 100%, but now it’s around 95% – leaving some pesky grays behind, no matter how long I leave it on. I’ve tried extending the processing time, but it just doesn’t deliver like it used to.Additionally, the color fades faster now, lasting only 3-4 weeks instead of 4-5.Has the formula changed? Whatever it is, I wish they’d revert to the original recipe!

    Doesn’t cover grey hair
It smells nice and does a pretty good job at lightening the hair but doesn’t cover grey at all.
