Excellent brand/color
I love Satin, it never disappoints. Rich colors, have tried a few and they have no ugly undertones, no strong smells either. It leaves my hair feeling healthy and ofcourse beautifully colored. I use it with the Satin developer and conditioner. It works really well. Good quality hair color!

BEWARE OF EXPIRED PRODUCT
I opened one of the tubes in the 3- pack and noticed the color was yellow!! ( supposed to be off white). I called the manufacturer to ask if the formula had changed. I read them the lot number only to find out the products are expired. The â16..â stands for 2016. They advised me not use it. I reached out to the seller and they refuse to replace the products with new- Their reason being that it was over 30 days. I mean who uses a 3 pack in 30 days??! Really poor customer service.
