Thin, Fine Hair? This stuff is awesome!
Okay, here’s the deal. I’ve always had fine hair but it wasn’t until I let a stylist bleach my scalp that I started experiencing thinning. I have only used this a few times, so I cannot yet attest to any regrowth results, but this is one of the best products I’ve tried so far! Yes, it’s a super chunky scrub. Yes, it’s called shampoo but of course it’s not going to apply like a normal shampoo, especially if you are one of the millions who shampoo your hair wrong. You ONLY apply it to your scalp. I didn’t notice ton of lather but it was pretty easy to spread throughout my scalp and get a good massage in. What I was extremely nervous about, since I’ve used other hair scrubs and masks, that this would be difficult to rinse out and leave my scalp and hair oily. It doesn’t at all!! This rinses so clean, I was shocked! Even if this doesn’t do a lot for regrowth, it’s absolutely perfect for someone like me that does not wash their hair often enough and needs that extra clean!

Scalp Scrub for Thinning Hair
I’ve got a sensitive scalp that’s often in need of some extra love. I was hoping this exfoliating set would help remove some of the dead skin and give me a fresh start but it’s really not my cup of tea. The smell, for one thing, is gross, and it leaves my hair smelling that way afterwards for more than a day. The formula itself is a bit too harsh of a scrub for my liking. Extra exfoliating. Lastly, the scalp brush that it comes with actively hurts my scalp. It does not feel good to use. Overall I am not a fan and would not purchase this again.

Sometimes I go way too long without washing my hair, and it takes so much effort to make my scalp feel clean without making my hair feel like straw. Well this does the trick. I started by massaging it in with my hands to make sure I go along my hairline well, then finished off with the silicone massager. I figured I would skip conditioner just to see how it made my hair feel and honestly it feels great. The scent isn’t too strong, and is nice in the shower, but doesn’t linger too long in my hair. Overall, VERY glad I found this.
