Packaging fail but great!
I love this serum and keep buying it but half the time the container it come in is broken. The pump wonât work, the head is broken off in the second outside container, etc. It sucks to have to unscrew it all and just dollop it out on your hand when trying to keep sanitary during a morning routine. Otherwise I am totally obsessed with this stuff. I love it for my skin type. Itâs light and effective.

Whatâs with the pump mechanism?
I wish I read the reviews prior for the dispensing issues. The pump on the bottle doesnât work. Yes it popped up from a quick twist. I pumped many many times and no serum is dispensed from the bottle. I ordered a replacement, hopefully this next one isnât defective. Hear a lot of great reviews on this serum itself & looking forward to using it!

I have fairly sensitive skin, but was able to work my way up to using this product twice a day relatively quickly.
