Leaves Hair feeling like it’s coated with wax, took forever to remove
So far I’ve washed my hair after treatment twice and it still feels like there’s wax in my hair – it will not wash out. I guess I’ll just keep washing and hope it comes out eventually. I’m cancelling my subscription and will never use this brand/product again.Update: Went to stylist the next day and she had to scrub my hair twice with clarifying shampoo to get rid of most of the waxy build up. The pic was the residue on my towel after the first two washes. Never again with this product.

I have gray hair. used the light neutral brown and my hair looks black. I hate it. it sounded like a light brown it is NOT. I don’t know what to use to get this color back to a light brown.
