Beautiful pay off but itâll stain the first few days
I received my package yesterday and immediately went to my bathroom to get to work! For starters itâs a very opaque color and the coverage is amazing which means it stains SUPER strong but a rag and some alcohol make an easy fix/clean up (as long as itâs on smooth surfaces and or your skin) but make sure to cover all the surfaces youâll be working on with plastic wrap or towels you donât use to avoid staining other surfaces. On day 2 Iâve experienced a lot of staining in my hands still and around my neck/face but hopefully when I wash my hair in a couple of days maybe itâll stop bleeding. So weâll see then. So far I love the color and the application was pretty standard as if you were dyeing your hair and youâll notice that a little goes a long way (at least for this color), I have a lot of hair and I go trough 2 bowls of dye to cover my head but with this I still have half of the container left and itâs pretty small! So yeah, hope this helps!! ðð»â¨ (ps. Iâm giving it 5 stars even tho it stains/bleeds blue because itâs normal for that to happen so itâs not the products fault)2 week update:So after 2 weeks the mask faded into a greenish blue color and by the end of the first week it was already pretty faded (but mind you I only followed the instructions for the 30 mins on your head) but during the touch up I decided to leave it on for an hour instead and the pay off was even better than the first time instead of 30 like the last time and my hair is more opaque and itâs been a week since the touch up and my hair is still looking fresh so definitely leave it on for an hour after you apply it if you want it to last. Also I noticed that if you do it for 30 mins your hair wonât stop bleeding till after day 5 (at least in my experience) and after leaving it for an hour my hair stopped bleeding by day 3 🙂

I wish that I could go back in time and remove this from my cart and my life. Iâve been dying my hair for over 10 years. I have Vaseline, gloves, a bowel, a brush, the works! I have my technique down.When I tell you that I lost hours of my time scrubbing my bathtub to remove dye- thatâs still there by the way! My skin down my back where my hair was rinsed is also very much blue. My face came in contact with my hair while rinsing. Itâs blue. I had to cancel my laser appointment because of the stains on my skin. After exfoliating to the max and multiple everything showers the stains are still there.Please take my advice and remove this from your cart, itâs not worth it.- Dissatisfied Smurf

Stains Horribly
I had recently lightened my hair color and hated it, but since I just treated it, I didn’t want to go do a full permanant dye again, so I bought this. I wish I’d paid more attention to the reviews but I was wanting my hair dark blue black and thought this was a good option until I could dye it properly. This smell is nice and it didn’t dry my hair out, but the staining is horrible. My tub was still blue, even after cleaning. I actually DID shampoo my hair later on the top, even though it says not to because, careful as I was, it stained my scalp. My hands looked like Violet from Willly Wonka and after body scrub and lots of soap, it finally lighted up. And I did wear gloves for 90% of it, but after rinsing, I needed my hands to rinse thoroughly. After all that, I let my hair air dry, but literally every time I touch it, I get blue on my hands. Thankfully, I have a dark manicure because I’m sure it would have ruined my nails. My ear tops are blue and styling my hair made my hands colored all over again. I’m sleeping on a towel and wearing all black for now until I can scrub this out and do a permanent dye. The worst part is even after saturating lightened hair and initially not shampooing, the color wasn’t consistent and mediocre. I left it on for a full 2 hours. It was great for the quick fix but I will definitely never use it again. My whole bathroom is a blue nightmare.

So bad
I want to love this dye, but man it’s a mess. I know blue is notorius for sticking in hair, but I’ve always been able to get other brands out with bleach no problem. With this, I bleached my hair twice and there is still green in my hair. Despite this, the color does not stay long at all! It faded to a light green so fast, and I only wash my hair one or two times a week. It also made the absolute worst stains I have ever seen from dying my hair. My hands were blue for weeks, I couldn’t touch my hair without my fingernails picking up the pigment. Even after fading and months of this dye being on my hair, the water still ran blue when I washed it. I had to scrub my bath tub every time I took a shower. I have half of the container left and honestly I don’t know what to do with it. I liked the color but not enough to go through all of that again. Also it was expensive! Should have stuck with Ion.TLDR; don’t get it, it stains crazy bad and doesn’t last.

Pop of color
My white/gray hair started when I was around 20, now at 34 I have a shimmering of white strands in the sea of my mostly black mane. Started using this staining conditioner for a pop of color. The color lightens over time but remains on my white/gray hairs (except for the roots).Main assumptions my roots don’t keep the color as well is 1) even gently shampooing will remove the stain over multiple washes, 2) perhaps my hair grows faster than I realize, or 3) a bit of both 1 & 2.Regardless of the roots issue [pretty sure would be a problem with permanent color too], I will continue to purchase this staining conditioner.I have tried pinks, purple, and blue. Been hesitating on trying green, but I think the time is coming!

Super Messy
I love the color but this stuff is super Messy when you finish. After application and rinsing the product out ,my hands turned super blue every time I touched my hair. I went back and shampoo’d the hair and it’s still making my hands turn blue. OMG I will never again use this.
