CURLS for the GIRLS!
I do love the definition this product gave! I tried it a few times and played with it a bit. The hold is out of this world! It’s not sticky. It dries pretty quickly. The only drawback is that it didn’t really moisturize. The first time I tried it, my hair felt like the Sahara. However, after adding my own products, I think I’ve found my blend.Which brings me to my next point. This mixes well with other products! I’ve mixed up to 4 different products with this and it doesn’t clump and the hold isn’t compromised. The pic you are seeing is AFTER picking out my roots. However, the definition initially went all the way to my roots without being super heavy (curly girls know the significance of this).For reference, I am 3c, 4a, 4b and this works well on all my textures. ð

I like this companyâs quality clean products. Love the smell of this gel and itâs not too sticky like most hair gels are and it leaves my hair feeling soft not greasy. Helps keep the frizziness away from my curly hair.

I gave it four stars for the scent. It you are allergic to strong scents, this is not the gel for you but other than that the hold is medium-strong and it does not flake. It costs a lot but it is worth it because the product is very concentrated so you don’t need a lot.

Iâve tried so many gels, and this one is my favorite. The smell isnât very strong, it has a light cast but my curls held all day, second day curls were still defined, and there was no flakiness. I will be ordering this gel again.

A must try
If youâre on your curly girl journey, innersense products are a must try. My hair is not super curly, but more wavy when encouraged. I have very fine hair that gets weighed down easily.I use this and âI create curl memoryâ along with âsweet spiritâ to lock in moisture and create curl and hold. Itâs definitely about finding the right products for your hair type.These create a cast that when broken give me soft curls, with more volume, zero sticky feeling, no drying/damage. Somehow they hold a curl for a long time too (which my hair has never done even with a curling iron).These travel sizes are a great way to try a combination of several products before committing to the full size. Already came back and got this one in the large bottle!

Great hold, terrible flakes
Unfortunately I had to cut this product from my wash and go routine. When combined with a mousse, it would create the most beautiful, defined curls and had great hold, but I could only wear a style for 1-2 days max before my head was full of white flakes. After switching to a different gel, I no longer had that issue
