Great product
I love the red TIRTIR and decided to try the silver now to try the âglowierâ look/to wear on days when I need less coverage. This is somewhere between a foundation and a skin tintânot as heavy as a foundation and not as sheer as a tint. You get the glow/dewiness while still having even tone, good coverage, and still looking natural. This is a great product and will continue to buy.

Difficult to color match
This silver compact is much less drying than their red compact. It is very high coverage and stays on all day. I’ve slept with this on and the coverage is still there the next day. A little goes a long way- if you apply too generously, it will begin to look cakey. My only complaint is the lack of color range. These compacts are for fair to light skin tones and lean towards cool tones. The sample size has very little product, but is good for trying the product out or to put in your purse for daily touch ups.

Very sheer coverage
I am a big fan of the Red TIRTIR compact foundation, but this one didn’t work for me. Coverage is very sheer, more of a tint, but even sheerer than my other tints. Color is spot on for my coming-out-of-a-tan-but-not-quite-usual-shade yet (which is 21N). Love the fact that I can get a mini for these short periods, I probably wouldn’t have tried it otherwise. Has great staying power. Comfortable on the skin, I didn’t notice a fragrance. Good for barely there coverage, otherwise skip if you need more than that. There was a healthy moisture ‘glow’, no sparkle or shining; does not accentuate texture or wrinkles. Older skin friendly.

Better option for mature skin than the red version
I liked the red cushion as a great travel foundation solution but the silver is definitely more flattering to my 70 year-old skin. I do suggest getting the color sample pack they offer in the red to get the right shade. Using these I was able to get a good match, and it would not have been my choice using the online shade options. I use the same shade for both versions of the makeup and they are perfect. One suggestion – go light with application, it covers well and too much will look “made up”.

Not for me
I donât know what it is about cushion foundation formulas that disagree with my skin, but I had the exact same problems with TIRTIR as I had with the MISSHA Magic Cushion foundation. I decided to try this silver compact version since a lot of the reviews on the red compact version said it was drying.Well, this one wasnât drying, but it did stick terribly to my dry patches and all the other texture on my face. The coverage is poor, I have acne and large pores in my midface that this foundation did nothing to hide. In fact, the only place this foundation looked good was on my cheekbones and forehead, where I donât have acne or large pores. But whatâs the point of a foundation if it only looks good on clear skin? Foundation is supposed to even out the skin tone, but this just immediately settled into my pores and all my redness managed to show through if I didnât use concealer underneath it.I tried this a few different times with no primer, primer, no concealer, and concealer. While using no primer it started oxidizing almost immediately and looked visibly crusty after about 30 minutes. Also, yes, I did make sure to apply this in thin and even layers. I know how easy it is to over apply cushion foundation! But that didnât help at all. Even after immediate application, the skin on and around my nose looked terrible. The pores on my nose were even more visible, and the dry patches on the sides of my nose looked even worse. This was with using the elf putty pore-filling primer.Another note: this foundation smells very strongly of baby powder, which I hated. I donât think Iâve ever used such a fragrant foundation before. Iâd rather it smell like plain makeup than whatever fragrance they added in here.I realize that foundation, in general, tends to make acne bumps look worse. But there are some formulas that perform better than others in this regard. TIRTIR is one of those formulas that perform terribly with bumps and texture, youâre better off just using concealer alone.Final conclusion: TIRTIR is not for me.

Will not cover dark hyperpigmentation
5 stars because it is a nice product. Hydrating and gives a nice glow but there is not enough coverage for me. I have dark acne scarring to cover and it didn’t cover it properly. I’m still giving 5 stars though. The red cushion covers my scarring. Shade 35n looked really nice. I in the red cushion, I wear 33n but 33n in the silver cushion runs lighter( brighter)

Did not match skin tone
I saw this product on TikTok and immediately wanted to try it as I wanted something that was more hydrating for my skin. The instructions stated that you need to place the sponge on the foundation and then dab it on the side for best results so that it does not look too pigmented on your skin. It did exactly that and noticed it was super hydrating for my skin. However, the foundation unfortunately did not match my skin tone as it was too white compared to my medium skin tone. It glides on easily, but does leave streaks when it dries up a bit. Wished that TIRTIR had more color options for their customers or had trial packs for us to use and decipher which color to go in for.

Dewy?
Not at all a dewy finish. I was a bit disappointed in that the reason for this particular selection was for the stated ” dewy finish”. Unfortunately that is not what I experienced when applied. Its very light, easy to apply, color was great just not the desired result. Overall, I am happy with the blendability, value for the money and the coverage.

Lovely compact and mirror . Shade looks dark but comes out very light for a natural looking skin

The sponge applicator is tiny and so is the product so beware. I have no problem with the foundation just the 20 euro on such a little amount of it.
JMCN50 –
Awful colour, very drying on the skin, felt like it had loads of talc in it!!

First of, I don’t understand why it’s grey and not red, is it an older version? I had to double check that it’s the same brand and not a reseller. The quality is not bad but the amount is so little it’s barely enough for 3 times but I new I was getting a smaller one so okay. Does it create even tone? Yes. Is it lightweight? Yes. Minus one star because there’s too little of it really

The product arrived quickly and as described. Packaging was sealed which matters for make up. Pleased with the customer experience. Now time to try the product!
