BETTER FOR YOU & THE PLANET. Live worry-free on your period using an earth-friendly menstrual disc made with 100% body-safe materials. Flex Plant+ Disc is hypoallergenic and is not made with BPA, phthalates, or natural rubber latex.
PLANT-BASED PERIOD FREEDOM. Our disposable Plant+ Disc is made with 40% plant-based polymers that capture C02 from the atmosphere during production, helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by an estimated 2.10 KG (compared to a non-plant-based polymer).
ENJOY UP TO 12 HOURS OF LEAK PROTECTION. Unlike tampons, Flex Plant+ Disc provides all-day wear and has not been linked with TSS. The disc holds as much as 5+ super tampons (60 mL) and forms to your body during wear, sealing in leaks and odors.
SO COMFORTABLE, YOU CAN’T EVEN FEEL IT. Since Flex Plant+ Disc sits in the fornix, where there are fewer nerve endings, you can’t feel it during wear. The disc leaves the vaginal canal unobstructed, which may also reduce cramps.
EASY TO USE. Flex Plant+ Disc is beginner-friendly and designed to make insertion, placement, and removal a breeze. Enjoy the flexibility of the EasyFold rim, which allows the disc to be pinched effortlessly before insertion.

    Amazing, can’t even feel it
My body has started rejecting any kind of tampon no matter the brand. Before buying a silicone disc I wanted to try these to see if it was something that worked for me. Happy to report these worked amazing. I will say if you have a heavier flow at the beginning of your period wear a panty liner or pad until you’ve mastered the position of the disc, and learned how your body responds to it. I did have some leakage but I think it was just the adjustment and learning how my body did with the disc. I noticed when I went pee the disc would sometimes move forward and break the seal (now its supposed to be self emptying and for me for the most part was) however I think as my muscles pushed it forward the seal broke and all it took was a slight push back to reset things and get the seal. No mess super easy. I also will caution anyone who has nails, you could potentially poke the plastic and rip it which will cause leaking. All in all I will be moving forward with discs. You cant feel them, they hold a lot, and so easy to insert and remove with no pain at all.

    Glad I Stuck With It!
The first day was very messy. I didn’t quite get the hang of it at first and had some issues with leaks. I also forgot to empty it in time, so I think that contributed to the leaking as well. But the second day I had the hang of how to insert and place it and how to empty it without taking it out (and to get it back in place after emptying) as well as how often to empty it. I wore a pad just in case, was wearing light colored pants, but it stayed clean all day. So glad I kept trying. I was ready to throw in the towel after the messy first day, but this product absolutely does what it’s supposed to. I’ll probably continue to use pads or liners, but could see myself becoming confident enough to go without if I needed to, like with a swimsuit. If you’re trying this and it’s the first day and you just haven’t gotten the hang of it, give it a couple more days. Another tip, if you’re having trouble figuring out whether it’s in right, lying on your back then feeling for it can give you a better idea of where it is in relation to your pubic bone. I did that a couple times to check it after insertion, but now that I have that better understanding of where it needs to sit, I can do it sitting down. I’m thrilled that I no longer have to be stuck with tampons that contain harmful chemicals. The tampon industry is literally poisoning women and I think we should all stop using them and maybe, one day, those unethical leeches will go bankrupt. I’ll be telling every woman I know to switch to discs. We deserve products that make our lives easier and won’t possibly kill us! Also, cramps are pretty much gone. I have a very heavy flow and usually intense cramping. Barely any cramps and it handles my heavy flow as long as I empty when using the restroom.

    I like that they’re compostable.
These are the best alternative to tampons I have found so far. Silicone cups don’t work for me cuz I don’t like the way they make me smell, and they create too much suction on my cervix that is uncomfortable. These stiffer cups are more comfortable, but I’ve always hated the fact that they were plastic so the compostable version is awesome. Contrary to their advertising, they are not leak proof, at least not for me, since when you pee they self empty and then it takes a while for the extra blood to work its way out. But a panty liner fixes that problem. Just remember to swap them out because they’re so comfortable you sometimes forget they’re there!

    Best Menstrual Option!!
Now we’re learning tampons and pads have toxic chemicals that you shouldn’t be putting inside of you…this newer option might be scary at first, but just get the courage and all you do is fold it up and stick it up there. If you think it’s not placed right, you can use your pelvic muscles and pop it back out. It leaks a little, just due to the imperfect seal, so wear a backup, this is still the best product I’ve found for my heavy flow!! And the way it actually will self empty on the toilet…this product is incredible. Makes something as miserable as periods so much more bareable.

    Mostly love
I’m still getting used to the discs. They’re a little messy to take out. But I love that I can put one in and wear it all day. Also, so much better for you than using a tampon! I’ll deal with messy cleanup at the end of the evening

    I’ll never go back
I get headaches easily and tampons make them worse. Doc says toxic shock syndrome. These dont bother me nearly as much and I don’t have to worry about changing them out as much. I can’t even feel it in there. I even got my mom to use them.

    Wish I’d tried sooner
Best thing once you get used to them, which took about a day and a half. No more worrying about getting to a bathroom every 2-3 hours. Would have been life-changing during my teen years at school. Try them.

I love flex discs. I have a heavy period and this helps me feel safe. It helps me with my strong cramps, and it is comfortable. Most of the time I don’t remember I have it on.

Very happy with these! Exactly as advertised! Perfect for on the go or when you don’t have the ability to sterilize your reusable period cup. A little pricey for use 100% of the time, but I understand the price point

Veramente top

This product is an amazing alternative to the plastic alternatives on the market. A bit stiffer than other products, doesn’t really create discomfort. It’s also packaged without plastic, so that’s a plus.
