I’ve been using this straightener for a couple months now and it’s pretty good. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and I like the digital display. It does the job. However, I find the plates a bit too narrow. It seems like it takes longer to get my hair right, but maybe it’s the same and it just feels like it does. Not a big deal. I do find that a hair or two occasionally catches between the plate and plastic and I cringe hearing the hairs pull and break. A couple weeks in, it started making a sort of buzzing noise when turned on. It seems to work fine though. I purchased this straightener with a 30% off coupon. For that price, you can’t go wrong. Even if I only get a year or so out of it, I will feel like I got my money’s worth. However, I don’t think I would purchase at regular price. I would pay a little more and hopefully get something with a bit more quality.
