High quality!
This style waver is high quality, better than anything youâd find at a drugstore. It heats up quick and was able to handle fairly large bunches of hair with ease. Packaging is really nice, this has everything you need to get started right away. The clips, silicone protector for your counter. I don’t care for this color personally but it’s not super important to me.The controls are for the temp and the timer. The timer doesn’t work really, for the entire 30 min I used this the device it only went off maybe 4 times.The 30 min shut off is too short in my opinion as I was doing the last part of my hair only to find the lights were off. Device was still hot enough to work though so it wasn’t off for long. I have 2B wavy hair and follow CGM but wanted something for photo shoots and holidays or special events that was easy and less time consuming then curling all my really long hair.Pics show a crimp the device leaves but it’s easily smoothed over by going over the area twice as you move down. Not great for health of your hair but fixable.This was day 3 hair and I used tresemme heat protectant. On wash day used shampoo, conditioner and gel and a moisturizing leave in spray. You can see the results, it’s the wave I’ve been trying to achieve all of my adult life so it’s definitely a keeper. But the intermittent timer, short auto shut off, the crimp and pink color are the reasons I took off a star. It took me 30 min to do this but my hair is REALLY long. I used 360 degrees and counted to 10. The barrell is between 1.25 and 1.5 inches.Overall I’m happy, or just has a few hiccups.There’s a smell the first time it heats up.

Cute waves without the hassle!
This has 3 heat levels making it perfect for any type of hair. I have tried doing the wave technique with my straightener but it just isnât the same. This has easy to follow instructions and makes creating waves super easy. It is sturdy and although heavier than my regular straightener it just feels really well made. I love the auto off feature in case I get distracted I donât have to worry about it. I have fine thin hair and usually my waves and curls wonât hold. Not the case with this! Use it in the morning and the waves hold all day!

Itâs a well designed device but it is large and heavy You must be careful as there can be a burning issue. It just didnât work on my chin length Bob,, probably best for long hair
