Other highlighters work better
I am a bit of a highlighter fanatic. You can generally see my cheeks glowing from a good distance away. As such, I have make up drawers full of highlighters that I use. I have been very pleased with most of the physicians formula make up items I use. But not this one. It doesnât work all that well. It doesnât brighten. It is just too subtle for me.

I am usually a big fan of Physicians Formula but not this one. The shimmering powder was fine but nearly half of the container is fillled with something that feels like Vaseline. I canât imagine why thatâs in the came case as a face powder. Itâs a challenge trying to avoid having this greasy stuff not get onto your brush. Canât imagine who thought this was a good idea. I tossed it out.

A Drug Store Priced Gem
The glow that this product gives is subtle and it is a very low key tinted rosey glow. The balm is a nice addition for an extra dewy glow on your cheeks but I usually use it on my eye lids for a glossy and lightly reflective look without the stickiness of using actual gloss.Just FYI though, if you’re planning to set your whole life with this powder, it’s going to leave a pink tint. Use lightly to set around your laugh lines, then for your chin and high points of your cheeks and your forehead, go ahead and set those as you want because it is going leave your T-zone very vibrant without all the breakaways of hydrating foundation.Lastly if she’s not your setting dream, then use her as blush. It’s a glowy pink that gives you a a very cute look with an added bonus of setting your face so you don’t have to worry about it moving your foundation. And it is sheer enough that you won’t clown yourself on first contact so it’s buildable.Not every product gives you what you want but this one for me personally have me what I want. It leaves my constantly matte needs with a nice dewy glow that doesn’t tell everyone I’m sweating profusely. So please read carefully and investigate before you buy.

This is very pretty on. Itâs suttle not too much. Be sure to lift the little Illuminator and youâll see a full pan of the blush and then lift that and find a little brush.

Brightening Rose is the only blush I use now. The photo makes it look darker than it really is. It is actually quite a light rose colour, and has a nice soft sheen. It doesn’t look heavy or too dark on my light-tone skin. I even use it on my eye lids. I haven’t had success with other colours by Physicians Formula. Many of them look orange on my skin. But this one is great!

El tono es ligero y discreto pero quedarÃa perfecto para un tono claro de piel. Mi tono es medio (brunnete) y el tono rosado no resalta mucho.Además el producto llegó en un empaque que no lo protegÃa suficientemente ya que llegó roto. No lo devolvà porque querÃa probar el tono en mi piel y tuve que usarlo.
