It’s thick, creamy, non stick or tacky and super moisturizing. It contains a blend of collagen peptides that give lips a smoother, fuller look as well as moisturizing butters that instantly hydrates dry lips. It actually acts as an exfoliator as well so it gently exfoliates your lips as you wear it. I used this all winter long and my dry prone lips were smooth and well hydrated. I cannot reave this formula enough! Well worth adding to cart.
